You can also walk into any of our six locations — Yaya Centre, Diamond Plaza, Galleria Mall, Imaara Daima, Runda Mall, or our Call Center at Commodore Office Suites on Kindaruma Road. Our team will help you select the right items, confirm sizing, and process your order.
Yes! Schools and institutions ordering in bulk qualify for special pricing. Contact our team with your school name, quantities, and sizes and we'll prepare a custom quote including any embroidery or branding requirements.
Standard individual orders are typically ready within 5–7 business days. For bulk school orders, please allow up to one month to ensure embroidery, quality checks, and packaging are completed. During school-opening periods (January, April, September), demand is very high and orders may take a bit longer. We strongly advise placing bulk orders early — at least 4–6 weeks before the term begins — to avoid any inconveniences or delays.
Absolutely. We offer embroidery and printing services for school crests, house colours, and name tags. Please share your school's artwork or crest when placing your order. Vector formats are preferred for the best quality.
Items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase provided they are unworn, with original tags, and in resalable condition. Size exchanges are handled at any of our branches. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to arrange this.
